Daily things I’m changing to become healthier

  • Switch my morning glass of soda/coffee for one glass of water. Same for before bed/middle of the night
  • No more smoking! With only a few exceptions. This one is thanks to my new crazy birth control pills -__-
  • One walk a day. Whether it be just around the block or the mall or downtown. Start eating something for breakfast every day. Wish me luck :)
